C3 Institute  is dedicated to life-long learning, and advances the training of counselors, educators, managers, and psychotherapists through a number of programs, such as  counseling & psychotherapy practice trends, best practices in educational curriculum-instruction, theoretical seminars, supervisors' workshops, clinical supervision, crisis management, etc.

The Institute also promotes the life-long learning of members of the community via a number of self-enrichment educational programs, such as positive parenting, positive aging, intimacy and healthy relationships, cross-cultural understanding, etc.

C3 Institute offers organizational and relational consultation to private or family-owned companies and community agencies from Ecosystemic perspective. Consultations are developed specifically to suit the organization's and individual's needs and are offered on-site locally and nationally. Dr. Alvarez is available to make presentations in any organization or community on various topics and issues germane to  cross-cultural relations, organizational issues, behavioral & relational heath, family concerns, and other issues concerning relationships.

The Institute offers coaching informed by Ecosystemic perspective to individuals, groups and organizations to assist them in developing a well-integrated lifesyle, achieving their unique potentials, and unleashing their creativity.
